ESI Communicator Setup
Open ESI Communicator Select Configure Select Settings Type in the below App Server IP Address, your Extension Number, and your Voicemail Pin (which should be the same as your extension). Leave the App Server Port as the default as seen below.
Outlook: Set-up
* Setting up email in Outlook 2019 This is what will come up when you first open Outlook Click "Connect". Type in your password. Check the box for Click "OK" Make sure the set up Outlook Mobile on phone too is NOT checked Select ok.
